I made my Grandma’s homemade pizza. She always made it for all of our birthdays so it’s a family favorite. It’s more like a pizza casserole on a pizza crust. You’ll need a fork! Hers was much better than mine, but mine isn’t too bad. It’s easy, quick, and really delicious.
1 box Chef Boy Ardee boxed double cheese pizza kit (dough and sauce in the box)
1 pound ground beef
Chopped onion (however much you like)
1 or 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
Fry ground beef. Drain and set aside. Fix pizza dough according to directions on box. Once it’s ready, spread it in a rectangular baking pan. Cream of mushroom soup goes on next. One or two cans depending on your taste. Spread the mushroom soup (straight from the can) onto the crust. Evenly distribute the ground beef on top. Sprinkle with beef seasoning. If using onions these go on next. Pour pizza sauce over everything and spread out evenly if you like. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. I use more than is in the box. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
**and yes, that’s a paper plate or as my daughter likes to call them…lazy plates!
